I answer. When you book a call, I am the one on it, and when the work starts, I am the one doing it. Green Thoughts Consulting is me, the systems I have built to do the repeatable parts well, and collaborators I bring in for a specific piece of a project when it needs one. There is no account manager and no junior you meet after signing.
Every engagement runs on the Define–Design–Traffic–Convert method (DDTC), and every one starts with the audience: who you want, who you do not, where they spend time online and the words they use. I would rather spend the first month on that than the first year guessing. You hear from me every month about what happened and what is next, and if something is not working I will say so.
I trained as an accountant and later in organizational psychology, and the combination is the point. The accounting is why I can put a number on a process and tell you what automating it would save. The psychology is why I can explain why people act as they do on a page, and why a site designed for a named audience converts where a site designed to impress its owner does not. The MBA in between is where the two met.
